Case Summary:
This case involved North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) helping a research engineer from Iran obtain a green card via EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver). To bolster our EB-2 NIW petition, we encouraged our client to coax other experts in his field of mechanical engineering to furnish us with strong recommendation letters. Four experts agreed to help, and their letters supplied us with additional evidence that our client’s presence in the United States is essential, and that halting his work in the country would be detrimental to the nation.
