We had the pleasure of working with another exceptional client who was a Senior Manager from India working in the field of Materials Science. Specifically, his work had contributed to the development of processes and products for the steel industry. His work had resulted in at least 8 peer-reviewed scientific articles. At the time that his case was filed, his publications had accumulated at least 227 citations, clearly demonstrating that he had influenced the materials science field and garnered international acclaim. In addition, various experts and editors had requested his professional service as a reviewer of manuscripts for publication for 7 top-tier field journals and he had completed 21 paper reviews at the time of filing. Although he did not yet possess an offer of employment within the U.S., we included an affidavit with his petition explaining his plan for employment in the U.S. Through extensive documentation, we successfully argued that our client met the requirements to qualify as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability, and his I-140 petition was approved in 6 months.
